Wood has been a member of the Board since 2019 and previously served as Vice President and Secretary\/Treasurer.<\/p>\n<p>Elected to the office of&nbsp;<strong>Vice President<\/strong>&nbsp;is&nbsp;<em>Mike Heacock<\/em> (Morrow Equipment Co., LLC, Salem, OR), who previously served as Secretary\/Treasurer. Heacock has been a member of the Board since 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Elected to the office of&nbsp;<strong>Secretary\/Treasurer<\/strong>&nbsp;is&nbsp;<em>Beth O\u2019Quinn <\/em>(Specialized Carriers &amp; Rigging Association, Fairfax, VA). She has been a member of the Board since 2022.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pete Laux<\/em>&nbsp;(Kiewit Corporation, Omaha, NE) has assumed the position of <strong>Immediate Past President<\/strong>. Laux has served on the Board since 2016, and he\u2019s served on the Board in all capacities, having been Secretary\/Treasurer 2020\u20132021, Vice President 2021\u20132022, and President 2022\u20132024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>William \u201cHank\u201d Dutton (Travelers, Southport, NC) has been elected Chairman, Commissioners. <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The term of previous Past President <em>Tim Watters<\/em> (Hoffman Equipment Co., Piscataway, NJ) has ended, and CCO gives him a grateful \u201cThank you\u201d for his service on the Board since 2011. He served as Secretary\/Treasurer 2018\u20132020, Vice President 2020\u20132021, President 2021\u20132022, and Immediate Past President 2022\u20132024.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ellis Vliet<\/em>&nbsp;(Turner Industries, retired<strong>) completed his term as Chairman, Commissioners and was elected to the Board, while <\/strong><em>William (Bill) Davis<\/em>&nbsp;(Zurich Services Corp., Richmond, VA) was elected to another term<strong>. <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Other <strong>Board members<\/strong> are&nbsp;<em>Douglas LaCroix<\/em>&nbsp;(Cianbro Equipment, Pittsfield, ME)&nbsp;and
