Program Overview<\/h2>\n

The CCO Evaluator of Crane Operator is a nationally recognized program for professionals who evaluate operators. This new program is the first of its kind and brings structure, consistency, and third-party rigor to the part of OSHA\u2019s \u201ctrain-certify-evaluate\u201d framework that has historically varied from site to site. Specialty certifications are available for: Evaluation of Articulating Crane Operators (ACO), Mobile Crane Operators (MCO), and Tower Crane Operators (TCO).<\/p>\n

Who Is an Evaluator of a Crane Operator?<\/h3>\n

An Evaluator of a Crane Operator knows how to evaluate the crane operator\u2019s knowledge related to safety devices, operational aids, software, size and configuration of the equipment as well as the ability to perform hoisting activities required for assigned work, including, if applicable, blind lifts, personnel hoisting, and multi-crane lifts.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text module_class=”certify-specs” _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”||32px||false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n
